Your order will ship within 1-3 business days. If you place your order Monday-Tuesday, it will likely ship by Tuesday. If you place your order on Wednesday, depending on the destination, it will ship that day. If it won’t arrive by that Saturday, it will ship the following Monday. Our goal is to have all orders arrive by Friday or Saturday and not travel over the weekend.

Yes, once you have multiple wreaths in the cart, you can enter different addresses and gift messages.

We have implemented a new ordering system in which the original order is canceled and new order numbers are created based on the number of addresses entered.

With proper care, keep it out of sunlight and away from the elements, the wreath should last 6-12 months.

We do not suggest spraying your wreath with water and do not have experience with preservatives. You can mist your wreath lightly, to enhance its scent.

There is a loop in the back that can be used for hanging on a nail or command strip.

Most wreaths are made on a wire base that can be used for hanging. If your wreath is made on a twig base, it can be hung directly on the twig base. You can use a wreath hanger, a nail or command strip to hang our wreaths on.

Turn your wreath box upside down, cut the cable ties with strong scissors or clippers. Turn the box back, right side up and gently pull your wreath out of the box with both hands, gently tugging to dislodge the cable ties.

Upon receiving your wreath, remove it from the box and hang it or set it where it will be displayed. Best not to move it once you’ve hung it. Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight. For best results, display your wreath indoors. Most wreaths can be displayed outdoors, in a protected outdoor area. Protect from the elements. Many wreaths come in multiple sizes. They will have a drop-down option with different sizes. If one is not already offered in multiple sizes, you can reach out to us and see if we can make a different size for you.

We are able to do custom wreaths or may be able to make a slight change to a current wreath. It is best to reach out to us and let us know what you are looking for. We will be happy to accommodate custom orders if we are able. During peak seasons, we may not be able to make changes.
