Caring For Your Items

All Wreaths, Garlands, Centerpieces, and Swags are intended to be hung or displayed indoors away from direct sunlight and/or heat sources, or in a sheltered area where protected from extreme elements such as rain, snow, sleet, hail, humidity.

Dry Items:

Our dried products are made to last up to one year with minimal care needed. Lightly dust when necessary. Minimal handling is recommended. Our dried items are made extra full to compensate for any shedding during shipping and handling. Items may be stored in a dry box and kept away from humidity and heat sources.

Fresh Items:

The fresh greenery used to create our fresh items is hand harvested and selected. All fresh items are made the same day they are shipped to maximize freshness. Display your fresh items away from direct sunlight and heat sources to help with premature fading and drying.

Fresh greenery will start its drying process once shipped. Some elements may curl or fade slightly as they dry over time, within 1-2 weeks, depending on their environment. Once dried it can be enjoyed as a dry piece for the season and up to 6 months to 1 year.

Garlands:

Your garland will arrive securely packaged in a cardboard box. Please cut cable ties from bottom of box and gently remove garland from box. Once out of the box, extend your garland and fluff out the edges. You may hang your garland around your door, or to frame a window. You may also display your garland on a mantle, table, or banister.

Wreaths, Swags and Centerpieces:

Wreaths, Swags and Centerpieces will arrive securely packaged in a cardboard box. Please cut cable ties from bottom of box and gently remove from box. Your item is ready to be displayed indoors or outdoors in a sheltered area away from extreme elements.

Shipping:

We typically make and ship our orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We generally do not ship over the weekends so that the product is not sitting in a delivery vehicle or in a warehouse over the weekend. If a fresh order will not arrive by Friday with the standard 3-day shipping, the order is held and made and shipped on Monday.

If you need your order for an event or special occasion, you can place your order now and at checkout write us a note telling us when you’d like your order to arrive, so we can ship it accordingly. Our standard shipping is via 3-day service for a flat rate. Depending on where the order is being shipped, we ship through Fed-Ex and UPS. Upgraded shipping is also available at checkout.   

For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please call our office to place the order. They require expedited shipping and special handling.

With all the challenges of COVID-19, we highly recommend ordering early for time-sensitive orders. Federal Express and UPS continue to experience extremely high shipping volumes that may result in longer transit times. Estimated delivery dates are generally accurate but not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
